Data Collection

Some of our apps (including TicTacToe+ and SudokuPlus) display banner ads using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising Identifier (IDFA)
• Approximate location (via IP address)

This data is used solely to serve and measure ads. Confetti Software does not collect, store, or share personal data from any of our apps.

LineWatch+ Specific Privacy

LineWatch+ requires additional permissions and data handling for its core functionality:

• Location Services: LineWatch+ collects your location data to provide directions to theme park attractions and to enhance your in-park experience. Location data is used for navigation purposes and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties. You can control location permissions through your device settings at any time.
• Push Notifications: We collect your device token to send ride wait time alerts. This token is used solely for delivering notifications and is not linked to your personal identity.
• Ride Preferences: Your selected rides and wait time thresholds are stored locally on your device and temporarily on our servers to monitor wait times and send timely alerts.
• Wait Time Data: We fetch real-time ride wait times from Queue-Times.com API. This data is not personal information and is publicly available.
• No Personal Data: We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device settings. When notifications are disabled, we stop monitoring your preferences and delete any temporary data.

Data Storage and Retention

LineWatch+ Data Handling:

• Location data is used only for providing directions and is never stored or transmitted to our servers
• Device tokens are stored securely and used only for push notifications
• Ride preferences are temporarily cached for monitoring purposes and sending alerts
• No user data is permanently stored on our servers
• All data is automatically purged when you disable notifications

Third-Party Services: LineWatch+ uses Queue-Times.com for wait time data and Apple Maps for providing directions. Location services use Apple's native iOS location APIs. Please review their respective privacy policies for information about their data practices.

Location Permission Control: You have full control over location access. LineWatch+ will request permission before accessing your location, and you can revoke this permission at any time through iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.

Remove Ads

Apps with ads include a one-time in-app purchase to remove ads permanently. When ads are removed, no advertising data is collected.
